With eight different types of cabins to choose from, you will be quite comfortable in your accommodations on the Black Prince. The cabins on this ship are smaller than you would usually find on a cruise ship and do not contain Internet or telephone. This ship is the perfect choice when you want to get away from it all and not have to bother with checking in at the office. You truly can leave all your stresses behind.

Hairdryers are included in all the bathrooms, so you don’t have to bother to pack this essential item. There is a television in each cabin, but only the larger ones contain a mini-refrigerator. None of the outside cabins have balconies, but they do have large windows.




The Superior Outside Cabin is about 170 square feet. It contains two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A Junior Suite is quite spacious, measuring about 220 square feet and contains a large sitting area with a sofa and chairs. There are two twin beds and the bathroom contains a tub and shower. The large windows give you a panoramic view of the ocean and the ports of call.

Families are welcome on the Black Prince and there are family cabins available. Such accommodations feature a double bed and an upper and lower berth. The cabin is quite spacious at 225 square feet and the ensuite bathroom has a shower.

Like the other cruise ships of the Fred Olsen Line, the Black Prince has accommodations for those cruising alone. There are inside and outside single cabins and even though they are small, they are spacious enough for one person. They measure about 90 square feet and contain a comfortable single bed that can be made into a sofa during the day. The ensuite bathroom contains a shower. The outside single cabins have a porthole window.
Another option in an outside cabin on the Black Prince is that of a two-berth cabin. This cabin contains two single beds, one of which can change to a sofa for sitting on during the day.

There is 24 hour room service for those times when you just don’t want to go to the restaurant or when you feel hungry during the night.
